Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and milyon88live ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the milyon88live website located at milyon88live.app and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.
By accessing the milyon88live platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.4 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active milyon88live account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. milyon88live employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited.

Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your milyon88live account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify milyon88live immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
milyon88live will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from milyon88live that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
milyon88live is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests.
Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and Postal ID. milyon88live reserves the right to determine the acceptability of submitted documents.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. milyon88live reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
milyon88live accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-enabled banks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. milyon88live does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of associated funds.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. milyon88live aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
milyon88live reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the milyon88live platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). milyon88live does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.
GCash & PayMaya Users: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya wallets are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval during business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or Philippine public holidays.

Bonuses and Promotions
milyon88live offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by milyon88live are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and certain game types may contribute 0%.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Abuse
milyon88live actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is detected, milyon88live reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses and associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account without notice.

Game Rules and Fair Play

6.3 Disconnection Policy

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milyon88live platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
- Creating or operating more than one milyon88live account
- Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime activity
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud

Limitation of Liability

Suspension and Termination
milyon88live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
- Player request for account closure
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, milyon88live reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where such termination is the result of fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
